Deputy Minister of Science, Technology and Innovation Minister Datuk Dr Abu Bakar Mohamad Diah censured for issuing a statement that the Lynas rare earth processing plant in Gebeng, Kuantan "selamat umpama kilang kicap."
Abu Bakar's statement made during a meeting with representatives of Save Malaysia Stop Lynas (SMSL) and several representatives of the Pakatan Rakyat (PR) in Parliament today, which also saw the occurrence of mishaps.
"I've worked for three months and I need to understand the chronology of this Lynas," he said, causing the outbreak of the quarrel.
Abu Bakar once again raises new quarrel once when acknowledge the location visiting the Lynas.

Member of Parliament for Kuantan, Fuziah Salleh also joined the group in the demonstration.
